Q – What’s the one thing every CCAP aspirant must remember during the GD/PI process?

A – During the GD: Give everyone a chance to speak and listen to them. You don’t have to be loud to be heard. Just make sense.
During the PI: Be honest. Don’t be over smart. Stay calm.

Q – How were those 10 minutes between the GD and the PI?

A – Nerve-wracking! Drink a lot of water, go freshen up.

Q – How tough would you say your PI was?

A – In the PI, I was a lot of questions that make you think on your feet, not too many of the standard response questions were asked. Even if the interviewer throws a random question at you, my advice is to stay calm and think thoroughly. They’re trying to gauge your thought process.

Q – What did you ask your PI panel near the end of your interview?

A – Ha! I asked them : ‘Is it true that you have a gym and a recreation room in office?’ and ‘What are the cuisines served in the café?’

Q  – What’s the one thing every CCAP aspirant must remember during the GD/PI process?

A – You should know the answers to two questions “Why you want to join CCAP and CRISIL?” and “How are you well suited to be a part of this programme, and in turn, CRISIL?” Speak your mind and don’t be afraid.

Q – How were those 10 minutes between the GD and the PI?

A – Try not to fret too much over the interview. Engage in friendly chitchat with your neighbour. It will help to keep you calm.

Q – What was the toughest question you were asked in your PI?

A – Most of the questions were very general. There wasn’t a specific question that was tough.

Q  – What did you ask your PI panel near the end of your interview?

A – When the interviewer asked me if there was anything I wanted to ask, I asked if there was anything I could add to the interview to boost my chances of getting selected.
PS – I survived. But don’t act smart.

Location of Prakruti in this post and Ashutosh in previous one is Chennai and Business area is GR&A. Does that mean candidates being selected for GR&A unit are relocated to chennai during 2 year tenure of CCAP or after CCAP ?? Or more generalised , what are the chances that we will be shifted out of Mumbai during or after 2 years of CCAP ??

      Hi Rahul.

No, the location in the post means the location from where those candidates gave the GD/PI, not their present location. The location for all candidates during the course of CCAP is Mumbai, for all business units.
After CCAP as well, you continue to work in their respective business unit in Mumbai itself. However, if you wish to relocate, you could pursue that, and if possible, your request can be accommodated.
