Here’s wha Joshua Gerard Desouza, a participant of Batch VI and winner of a CLAP award has to say about CCAP:
It felt great! It’s motivating to know my work is recognized and valued. It’s nice to see that as a CCAPian my efforts are recognized on par with the other employees.
Working with Crisil was the key factor. I saw it as a golden opportunity for a fresher to enter such a reputed organization.
How are you able to manage both studies & work?
It gets quite taxing sometimes. The trick is to prioritize; at work and in studies.
Your plans further down the line…
Most likely involves enjoying the pay increase (hoping I get absorbed) and then a further stint of studies.
